Volunteer Opportunities
Greeters at Meetings
Greet meeting attendees at the doors of the Grand Ballroom prior to Speaker Meetings. Assure doors remain closed during the Speaker Meetings. Assist attendees in finding designated areas such as ASL and wheelchair seating. Assist attendees with questions about seating.
Main Entrance Greeting
Welcome attendees. Direct attendees to registration in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.
Staff at Information Center
Assist attendees with questions about: Event activities (meeting times and locations), Hotel facilities, Lost and Found items, Restaurant locations and hours (off site and on site). Assist volunteers with: Orientation to assignments, Volunteer badges, Collect recycled name badges.
Registration (Ticket Sales, Name Badges)
Assist Attendees with Registration and Payment.
