Event Registration Terms

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from event organizers.

By registering for Founder's Day Minnesota 2025, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that false information may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. The principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon, including anonymity, respect, and service, should guide all interactions during the event.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, or conduct that interferes with the event experience for other attendees will not be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises without refund if their behavior violates this code of conduct.

Recording of meetings, speakers, or other attendees is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from event organizers and all recorded parties.

Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal information will be used solely for event registration, communication, and attendance tracking purposes. We respect your privacy and anonymity in accordance with AA and Al-Anon traditions.

Photography may occur during public portions of the event. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending Founder's Day Minnesota 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Founder's Day Minnesota organizers, volunteers, venues, and sponsors shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal insurance coverage.

The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables secure and report any incidents to event staff immediately.
