ROOM RATES AND EXTRAS
Regular Room $125.93 ($109 + 15.53% room tax) for regular room,
Parlor Room $202.18 ($175 plus 15.53% tax Corner room includes murphy beds).

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY:

In making this application, the AA or Al-Anon group(s) understands that certain activities are against the policies of the Founder’s Day Event, and it agrees to follow these policies. Specifically:

1. Policies:
   • Nothing may be sold or raffled from hospitality suites.
   • Only AA/Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature, meeting schedules, and group newsletters may be distributed from Hospitality Suites.
   Failure to observe these policies may result in the group’s eviction from the Hospitality Suite, and may also result in forfeiture of the group’s suite at future Founder’s Day events.


2. Please keep in mind that your group is responsible for the condition of this hotel room during this Event. Any problems or damages to the room will be the group’s responsibility.


3. Room Rates and Extras:
   
   Room Rates:
   • Hospitality Room: $125.93 per night ($109 + 15.53% room tax)
   • Parlor Room: $202.18 per night ($175 + 15.53% room tax)
   To protect the group from unauthorized extra charges, Hospitality Suites are restricted from outgoing phone calls and pay-per-view television. If your group wishes these services, it should arrange to pay for them directly with the hotel.
   
   Extras:
   • Tables: $13.86 each ($12 + 15.53% room tax) (optional)
   • Extra Chairs: $5.78 each ($5 + 15.53% room tax) (optional)
   • Bed Removal: $173.30 per bed ($150 + 15.53% room tax) (optional)
     • Specify location: Bed near door or Bed near patio


4. Payment Instructions:
   
   
   1. Payment online through our checkout.
   2. OR, a check for the above TOTAL, PAYABLE TO FOUNDER’S DAY MUST be mailed before the deadline.

5. Deadline:
   
   The deadline for applications and payment is NOVEMBER 15, 2024. No room assignment will be guaranteed without prepayment. We cannot guarantee reservation of last year’s room, but will honor those assignments where possible.
